April 9, 2024I can’t and don’t send personal letters to clients.
Though, for any of my clients, I might wish them something like this, as 2022 ends:
I hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the new year, I wanted to take a moment to wish you a peaceful and restful new year.
The past year has been challenging for many of us, and I know it has not been easy for you. However, I want you to know that I have hope for your mental health in the coming year. I believe in your strength and resilience, and I have no doubt that you will continue to work towards your best mental health.
As we embark on a new year, I encourage you to take the time to explore who you want to become in the coming year. I want you to look back on where you have witnessed growth in this past year? Success? and Maturity? What are your goals and aspirations for your mental health? How can you take steps towards achieving these goals?
I am here to support you and offer guidance as you navigate your journey towards your best mental health. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you need support or have any questions.
