Services

In every area of care, we will build a relationship or professional care.

I believe you are the best person to know yourself and I believe in your wisdom, insight & genius.

Together we’ll move your life toward greater peace and toward a life of inner and personal flourishing.

I provide care informed by Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Existential Theory, and Solution Focused Theory. With Couples, we may engage Emotionally Focused Issues or insights discerned by the Gottman Institute. My services might include use of evidence based practices that help you including bi-lateral stimulation, eye-movement, re-processing, journaling, breathing exercises, relational exercises, eco-therapy, or somatic experiences.

I hold certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and as a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP). I’ve been trained by the International Association with oversight for Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing to provide EMDR Therapy.

Based on your presenting needs, aligned with my training and experience, we’ll apply the best evidence based practices and scientifically informed insights to guide you toward your better future.
